Crane terms of use

Crane is a free, collaborative planning tool. By using it, you agree to use it responsibly and to respect the people who share trips with you.

Your information and conduct

You are responsible for information you enter and for having permission to share it with other trip members. Keep invitation links private, use accurate account information, and do not misuse Crane to harm others, break the law, interfere with the service, or attempt to access trips you are not authorized to view.

Planning information

Trip plans, research, prices, schedules, availability, budgets, and other user-entered information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Verify important details directly with the relevant provider before booking or traveling.

No booking or travel service

Crane is not an airline, hotel, travel agency, payment processor, or booking provider. It does not guarantee prices, reservations, availability, routes, entry requirements, or the performance of any travel provider.

External services

Crane may display maps or links to outside websites and providers. Their content, availability, transactions, and terms are outside Crane’s control. Use external services at your own discretion.

Availability and changes

Crane is provided as a small-group personal project and may experience interruptions, change, or stop operating. Reasonable care will be taken, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
